Instructions:
1. In a large skillet, sauté the onion until translucent.
2. Add the paprika, cumin, oregano, salt, and pepper. Cook for a minute.
3. Add the cooked beef and stir well.
4. Pour in the beef broth and red wine, then add the raisins. Let it simmer until the liquid has evaporated.
5. Add the diced boiled eggs and black olives. Mix well and let it cool.
6. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
7. Roll out the empanada dough and cut out circles.
8. Spoon a tablespoon of the beef mixture onto each dough circle.
9. Fold the dough in half and seal the edges by pressing them together with a fork.
10. Place the empanadas on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
11. Brush the empanadas with the beaten egg yolk.
12. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
13. Serve hot with a sprinkle of powdered sugar on top. Enjoy!
